After your canvas has been printed we custom-make a wooden frame and then stretch the rolled canvas over it. Our frames then ensure that each corner fold is perfectly smooth and tight. Your canvas is stapled to the back of the wooden frame and finished off with special framer's tape. Our frames are made with obeche wood, which is classified as hardwood despite being light in weight. This wood is preferred because it does not warp easily. A frame can be added to your stretched canvas. This frame gives the illusion that the canvas placed in the frame is floating. We leave a 5mm gap between the canvas and the frame to create a shadow effect. However, can also frame your canvas without a gap so that it is flush with the edges.
